TSi has available a host of Benefits for our temporary

Medical/Health Insurance
Through a nationally-recognized insurance program, TSi will
assist in obtaining the forms and make available a contact
for insurance enrollment.
Direct Deposit
With the completion of a simple form, providing you are
committed to working on a long term basis, you can enjoy the
banking simplicity of direct deposit with a bank of your
choice. Deposits are made every Friday.
Credit Union
Membership in the Tower Federal Credit Union is
offered to all TSi employees for a one time membership fee
of $5. Upon opening an account you become eligible for
loans, IRA's, overdraft protection, ATM, holiday accounts
and much more. You may direct deposit all or part of your
weekly pay into your credit union account.
Vacation and Holiday Pay
At the completion of 1100 hours, TSi pays vacation pay equal
to one week's work at your average pay rate. In addition,
providing you have completed 1100 hours and work both the
day before and the day after the holiday, TSi also pays for
the holiday.
Paid Training
Paid training is available for all individuals interested in
enhancing their skills on our state-of-the-art computerized
training program. After completing the training and working
for 80 hours on a newly learned system, we will
retroactively pay you for your training time. It's a
win/win!
Referral Bonuses
Extra cash is paid for referring qualified candidates that
we put to work. As you help us to grow our business, we will
pay you. Thanks for those referrals!
Childcare Assistance
With our Flexible 125 plan we can help to offset the costs
of childcare by deducting those costs on a pre-tax basis,
thereby reducing the cost of childcare.
Scholar Dollars
Scholar Dollars is a tuition assistance competition designed
to reward our hardest achieving students who compete for
$500 scholarships throughout the summer months.
